The Court:- This matter has been mentioned at the instance of both the parties. It is submitted by the parties that in Clause 6 of the Terms of Settlement which has been filed in this proceeding, the particulars of the proceedings pending before the NCLT, Kolkata Bench, should be 'CP/IB No./ 1086/KB/2019' instead of 'CP/IB No./1084/KB/2019'. By consent of the parties, the order dated 13 April 2022 stands corrected to reflect the aforesaid bonafide and inadvertent omission. The Department is directed to incorporate the aforesaid correction in Clause 6 of the Terms of Settlement.
