Mr. Abhishek Jain, Mr. Piyush Jain, Advocates for the defendants The Court : The parties have entered into a compromise. The settlement agreement dated 19th November, 2022 has been signed by the authorised signatories of the plaintiff and the defendants and countersigned by their respective advocates as witnesses to the said settlement agreement. The original settlement agreement dated 19th November, 2022, filed in Court today, is taken on record. The compromise appears to be legal and valid.

The claims in the suit along with the counter-claim made by the defendants in their written statement is decreed in the terms of the Terms of Settlement dated 19th November, 2022. Let the decree be drawn up treating the Terms of Settlement dated 19th November, 2022 to be a

part thereof. The department and the parties shall make endeavour to have the decree drawn up as expeditiously as possible. Since the disputes being the subject matter of the suit and the counter-claim are resolved, all applications filed in the suit are disposed. Interim order, if any, passed therein is vacated. The Receiver, if any, appointed, is discharged.
