The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration as in case of intestacy of the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The petitioner is the elder daughter of the deceased and the only other legal heir is the younger daughter who has executed a power of attorney in favour of the elder daughter to file and obtain a letters of administration on her behalf.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for sum of Rs.2,47,000/- each with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
