The Court:- Mr. Saha appearing on behalf of the State Bank of India, Ballygunge Branch, submits that as directed by the previous order the inspection of the register relating to operation of locker No. 37 maintained with the said Branch has been given to the applicant in the application for revocation of grant and the applicant in PLA/173/2023. There is no necessity for the State Bank of India, Ballygunge Branch to be represented before the Court for the time being. In

the event the Bank's presence is required in future they shall appear upon being so intimated.

Mr. Sugata Shankar Roy, who is the applicant in the application for revocation of the grant being IA No. GA/4/2025, is directed to serve a copy of the application for grant of probate made by him in connection with the Will dated 16th April, 2022 said to have been left behind by Barsha Ganguli, the deceased abovenamed being PLA No. 355 of 2025, on the applicant of PLA No. 173 of 2023 and/or his advocate by 24th February, 2026.

The applications IA No. GA/4/2025 and IA No. GA/6/2025 filed in PLA No. 173 of 2023 shall appear on 16th March, 2026. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn.
