The Court :- This is an application for letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased. The deceased was survived by his mother Vidya Devi Agarwal who inherited the property on the death of her son Nirmal Kumar Agarwal. Vidya Devi Agarwal died on 16th June, 2022 while Nirmal Kumar Agarwal died on 5th April, 2021. The applicant is the sister of Nirmal Kumar Agarwal and the daughter of Vidya Devi Agarwal and as such a present legatee.

No one has come forward to object to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.6,40,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
