Learned advocate appearing for the respondent submits that, the appeal is directed against the decree for eviction passed under Chapter 13A of the Original Side Rules. He submits that, subsequent to the decree being passed, which is impugned in the present appeal, the respondent received possession of the suit property in execution. He submits that the decree for eviction stands satisfied.
