Petitioner submits that this Court by an order dated 24th January, 2025 has disposed of PLA/289/2024 but in the order dated 24th January, 2025 the name of the attesting witness has been inadvertently recorded as "Shrawan Kumar Bankra" instead of "Shrawan Kumar Banka". Considered the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner and perused the order.

In the order dated 24th January, 2025 the name of the attesting witness shall be read as "Shrawan Kumar Banka" instead of "Shrawan Kumar Bankra" in every place.
