It transpires from the materials before the Court that in view of the nature of the dispute, which relates to a partnership firm, and keeping in view the stage of the proceedings, since dissolution process is going on, it would be reasonable to extend the mandate of the arbitral tribunal for a further period of one year from the date of the expiry of its mandate, as prayed for by the parties.

As the mandate expired on August 23, 2024, AP-COM/731/2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the arbitral tribunal for a further period of one year from August 23, 2024.
