The petitioner prays for recalling and/or modifying the order dated 25th August, 2025 passed in the writ petition.

On a perusal of the said order, it appears that the same was passed upon hearing the submissions made on behalf of both the parties including the applicant. Direction was passed upon the authority to consider the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

It was specifically mentioned in the order that the Court did not enter into the merits of the claim of the petitioner and all points were left open to be decided by the authority at the time of consideration of the representation.

Learned advocate representing the applicant stresses on the fact that the claim of the petitioner is a time barred one. Allegation of the claim being time barred is denied and disputed by the learned advocate representing the writ petitioner.

Whether the claim is time barred or not will be decided by the authority at the time of consideration of the representation. The Court has not made any observation on the issue of limitation. 6.

The Court is not entertaining the application filed by the petitioner seeking recall and/or modification of the order dated 25th August, 2025. 7.

The application being GA/1/2025 stands dismissed. 8.
