The Court :- This matter has been put up in the list at the instance of the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner has pointed out a typographical error apparent at page 2 of this Court's order dated 25.01.2024.

Let necessary correction be made in the following manner:- In the last line of the third paragraph of the order (at page no.2) the sentence be written and read as "It has been submitted that since the deed was presented for registration on 13.04.2006, the respondent authority was obliged to consider the market value of the property as on 13.04.2006, to ascertain the valuation, which they have not done." Let this order form part and parcel of this Court's earlier order dated 25th January, 2024.
