The Court :- Learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits, on instruction that, the appellant seeks to withdraw the writ petition in which the order impugned was passed with liberty to file afresh on the self same cause of action.

Since the appellants itself seeks to withdraw the writ petition, we are minded to grant such leave. Appellant is granted leave to withdraw the writ petition in which the impugned order was passed with liberty to file afresh on

the self same cause of action before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

In view of the withdrawal of the writ petition, the impugned order does not survive.
