The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that they have been unable to effect service on the judgment-debtor. The matter has been pending since 2018. The award-holder prays to withdraw this application and file afresh after obtaining the exact particulars of the judgment-debtor. In such circumstances, EC/437/2018 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original of the award dated 7th May, 2015 after replacing the same with the photocopy thereof.
