The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that in view of the fact that the judgment debtor is not traceable despite earlier orders of Court, no purpose would be served in proceeding with this execution application. In such circumstances, EC/438/2018 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law.
