The Court : The advocate-on-record on behalf of the applicant seeks to withdraw the application for grant of probate of a Will of the deceased who died on 16th October, 2012. The reason for withdrawing the application is stated in the application, which states that some defects have been noticed by the department pursuant to which the applicant seeks to withdraw the application.

In view of the above, GA No.1 of 2021 is allowed with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

In the event of such application is filed, the Court Fees of Rs.15,000/- shall be adjusted by the Department.

PLA No.365 of 2019 is dismissed in terms of this order. All interim orders are vacated. All connected applications are disposed of.
