..for the petitioner The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present and submits that this Court has granted probate on 5th December, 2017 but due to some inadvertence the petitioner could not file inventory and accounts and prayed for extension of time to file inventory an accounts. Counsel for the petitioner submits that inventory and accounts is ready if this Court allows the petitioner some time to file inventory and accounts, the petitioner will file inventory and accounts within two weeks from date.

In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner and for the interest of justice, prayers (a), (b) and (c) of the Master's Summons are allowed.
