By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order under Section 148A(d) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 but learned advocate appearing for the petitioner very fairly submits that in the meantime order under Section 147 of the Act has already been passed on 31st May, 2023 and he intends to file statutory appeal against the same before the appropriate appellate forum.

Considering such submission of learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition being WPO 1198 of 2023 is disposed of to enable the petitioner to file statutory appeal accordingly. (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.) TR/
