The Court:- This is the second application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator.

Affidavit of service is taken on record.

The postal articles have been delivered to the addresses of the respective respondents. On the earlier occasion as well, none appeared on behalf of the respondents, despite paper publications. The minutes of the meetings before the learned arbitrator indicate that, the respondents have not been appearing before the learned arbitrator as well.

The mandate of the learned arbitrator is due to expire on September 8, 2025. It is submitted that the proceedings are completed, but the award is yet

to be published. The mandate of the learned arbitrator is thus extended by a period of six months from the date of communication of this order. The application is disposed of.
