The Court: This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the arbitration clause. It appears to the Court that in case of failure of the in-house mechanism for settlement of dispute, the matter is to be referred to arbitration. Notice invoking arbitration has also been annexed to the application. In such circumstances, the Court appoints Mr. Arindam Banerjee, learned Advocate (Mob. No. 9831236254) as the Arbitrator to arbitrate the disputes. All points raised by the parties shall be raised before the learned Arbitrator.

This order is subject to compliance of Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned Arbitrator shall fix his own remuneration as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. AP/146/2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
