...for the KMC The Court: This is an application at the instance of a third party for recalling of the order dated November 5, 2024, passed in this writ petition. It is not in dispute that in compliance with the order dated November 5, 2024, the Corporation has passed a decision dated February 12, 2025. It is

also not in dispute that in passing the order dated February 12, 2025, the applicant was heard.

Since the order dated November 5, 2024 has already worked itself out by passing an order after hearing the applicant, I do not find any justification to entertain this application for recalling of the order dated November 5, 2024. Accordingly, GA/1/2025, is dismissed.

This, however, will not prevent the applicant from challenging the order dated February 12, 2025, in accordance with law. (KAUSIK CHANDA, J.) sg.
