The Court :- The order impugned is an appealable order. The petitioners are at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Municipal Building Tribunal in accordance with law within a period of two weeks. The petitioners are also entitled to pray for interim orders before the

learned Tribunal upon notice to all concerned, which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
