The Terms of Settlement dated 15th September, 2022 duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates is filed in Court which is taken on record. Nothing contrary to law is apparent from the Terms of Settlement. The settlement has been acted upon by the parties upon the defendant having paid the first instalment which has been duly received and acknowledged by the plaintiff.

By consent of the parties, the suit is treated as on day's list and the same is, accordingly, decreed in terms of the Terms of Settlement. Let a decree be drawn up treating the Terms of Settlement as part of the decree.
