The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that despite attempts to effect service on the judgment-debtors, none of the judgmentdebtors have been served. In such circumstances, EC/446/2019 stands dismissed by granting liberty to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application in accordance with law after obtaining the exact particulars of the judgment-debtors. The award-holder is also granted liberty to take back the original of the award dated 20th March, 2019, after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
