The Court:-Copy of the order dated 25.07.2023 passed by the Special Officer (Building) in Demolition Case No.61-D/VI/22-23 is placed on record. A copy of the said order has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today.

Though there was a direction for filing affidavit of compliance, but the same has not been filed.

However, upon perusal of the order passed by the Special Officer (Building), it appears that, there has been substantial compliance of the direction passed by this Court. Unauthorized construction has been detected and the person responsible has been directed to demolish the unauthorized construction within thirty days from the date of communication of the order. The alleged contemnor is directed to immediately communicate the said order to the person responsible for implementation of the same, if not already done in the meantime.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner in Court today is taken on record.
