The Court :- The testator has appointed his three sons, namely, Mr. Ajay Kumar Khanna, Abhay Kumar Khanna and Anand Kumar Khanna as joint executors with the authority to the said executors to elect any of them as sole executor for obtaining the probate. Two of the executors, namely, Mr. Abhay Kumar Khanna and Mr. Anand Kumar Khanna have applied for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 23rd September, 2019 which is incidentally registered on the same date. The other executor has given consent in favour of two executors who have jointly applied for the grant. There are no other heirs/heiress of the testator.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.

The petition for grant of probate stands disposed of, accordingly. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn
