By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order under Section 148A(d) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner very fairly submits that during the pendency of the writ petition order under Section 147 of the Act has already been passed and the petitioner has already filed statutory appeal against the same. In view of the aforesaid factual and legal position, this writ petition being WPO 1204 of 2023 is disposed of without passing any order. (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.) TR/
