. . .for the award-holder The Court :- Learned Counsel for the award-holder seeks to withdraw the present execution proceedings since the properties over which the awardholder is seeking attachment is beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of Commercial Court at Alipore.

The prayer of the award-holder to withdraw the present execution petition is allowed. The award-holder is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the jurisdiction court. The Department shall permit to the award-holder to replace the original award with a certified copy.

With the aforesaid observation, the present petition along with the application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
