The Court : This is an application for extension of time to publish an Award by the Arbitral Tribunal. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that by an order dated 28th September, 2021, the Arbitral Tribunal had requested the parties to pray for necessary extension to pass the final award. Hence, this application.

It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for reasons beyond the control of the Arbitral Tribunal and the parties, the Arbitral Tribunal could not conclude the arbitral proceeding in terms of an earlier order of Court dated 28th June, 2021.

By consent of the parties, the time for concluding the arbitral proceeding is extended till 31st March, 2022.

The Arbitral Tribunal is requested to complete the arbitral proceedings within the aforesaid time period.
