The Court:

1. Both the parties submit that the mandate should be extended as the same expired on August 7, 2025. It is also submitted that the proceedings are at the stage of cross-examination of the respondents' witnesses.

2. Considering the substantial progress made in this proceeding and as the records do not reveal that there has been any intentional delay on the part of the parties, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate.

The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended and the award shall be published within a year from date.
