The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder upon instructions that they do not want to proceed with this application. In such circumstances, EC/456/2019 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original award after replacing the same with the photocopy thereof. No Objection Certificate given by the Magma Leasing Limited in favour of the award-debtors be kept with the records. This fact, however, cannot be verified by the award-holders.
