..for KMC The Court : Report has been filed before this Court from which it appears that the Special Officer (Building), Kolkata Municipal Corporation has already passed an order with regard to the alleged unauthorized construction. The grievance of the petitioner has been addressed to the extent that the Special Officer (Building) has proceeded with the matter and passed an order. The said order shall be communicated to the petitioner as also to the person responsible in accordance with law, after approval by the authorities of the Kolkata Municipal

Corporation. Parties will be at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law. The order should be communicated to the parties within two months from date.
