The Court: The award holder has been unable to ascertain the exact whereabouts of the judgment debtors and despite repeated opportunities failed to give the exact particulars of the judgment debtors. In such circumstances, the pendency of this proceeding will not enure to the benefit of any of the parties.

The award holder also does not want to proceed with this application any further.

In such circumstances, EC/458/2019 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is also granted to the award holder to take back the copy of the original award after replacing of the same with a photocopy thereof. All interim orders, stand vacated.
