...for the defendant No.2 The Court : Learned Advocate appearing for the plaintiffs, on instruction, submits that, the parties settled the disputes out of Court.

In such circumstances, he seeks to withdraw the suit being CS No.241 of 2019 and the interim application filed by the plaintiff being I. A. GA No.4 of 2020. Learned Advocate appearing for the defendant No.1 submits that, since the plaintiffs are not proceeding with the suit, the defendant will also not proceed with its application. He submits that, there are subsisting interim orders which need to be vacated.

In such circumstances, CS No.241 of 2019 along with I.A. GA No.4 of 2020 and I. A. GA No.5 of 2020 are dismissed as withdrawn. All interim orders stands vacated.

No order as to costs.
