The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and testament dated 21st February, 2007 left behind by the above named deceased.

By an order dated 10th November, 2022, directions were given for issuance of General and Special Citation. After issuance of Citations and due receipt thereof, no testamentary caveat has been lodged and there is no caveat certificate dated 9th January, 2023 issued by the department to this effect. After considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
