The Court : By consent of the parties, the Terms of Settlement filed in Court today be kept with the records. The Terms of Settlement are lawful and have been duly executed by both parties and their Advocates. In such circumstances, there shall be a decree in terms of the Terms of Settlement.

In terms of the settlement, the requisite settlement amount to be paid to the defendant be remitted to the nominated foreign account after deducting all charges in accordance with law under the Reserve Bank of India Guidelines. The RBI shall permit such transfer strictly in accordance with all extant laws.
