The Court:- By an order dated 22nd February, 2012, a Co-ordinate Bench had disposed of the winding up petition. In an appeal preferred against the order dated 22nd February, 2012 the Hon'ble Division Bench by an order dated 4th June, 2015 had modified the order of the Trial Court. It is submitted by the parties that during the interregnum the company had also been before the NCLT and a Final Resolution Plan has been approved on 24th February, 2020.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the company application. Accordingly, CP/366/2011 stands disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioning creditor to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
