Though, the above contempt application has been filed complaining noncompliance of the order dated 8th October, 2020, I find neither the petitioner is represented nor does the contempt application comply with Rule 7 of the Calcutta High Court Contempt of Court Rules, 1975. The particulars of contemptuous conduct/acts have also not been identified in the prayer portion of the contempt application.
