The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. One of the sons is the applicant and the other son has consented to the grant. The mother and wife of the deceased pre-deceased him. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.80,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
