The Court:

1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. Both the learned advocates fairly submit that sufficient progress has been made in the proceeding. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on July 15, 2025. It is specifically contended that arguments are complete and the award is required to be published.

2. Considering the submissions and as the Court finds that the delay is not attributable to either of the parties, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by six months from the date of communication of

this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period.
