"Under such circumstances, let there be an injunction upon the respondents from dealing with the properties mentioned at paragraph 24 of the application, which are recorded hereinunder:

"(a). 151/A, Muktapur Road, Ruiya, Verir Gate, Paschim Para, Khardah, P.S. Khardah, North 24-Parganas, West Bengal-700123; (b). Ruiya, Paschim Para, Patulia, Ruiya, Barrackpur-II, North 24Parganas, West Bengal-700119;" The petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law with the execution case.
