The Court:- Supplementary affidavit is filed by the learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator.

It is in the Report that although the claim of Rs.47,65,63,716/- is pending before the Official Liquidator, available funds for disbursement are Rs.19,50,00,000/- only.

Table-3 of the Report works out method of the available amount shall be proportionately and ratably distributed to meet up the claims. Learned Counsel for the creditor has no objection.

The amount of Rs.19,50,00,000/- may be disbursed by the Official Liquidator in terms of Table-3 subject to the condition that all claims shall be properly verified and all the workers, ex-workers, teachers, employees and exemployees shall be properly identified; if someone is no longer surviving, their claims through their legal heirs or representatives shall be verified before disbursement. The Official Liquidator shall ensure that no money shall go in the wrong hand. He shall also ensure that the money may go to the proper account. The Report may be filed by the Official Liquidator on the returnable date on disbursement of the amount so claimed. The disbursement shall be made on or before the returnable date.
