..for the respondent The Court: Learned counsel for the parties contend that previously the mandate of the Arbitrator was extended till the 8th of this month. Since the arbitration could not yet be completed, learned counsel seeks a further extension of the mandate.

Taking into account the materials to be gone through by the learned Arbitrator and the nature of the matter, AP-COM/741/2024 is allowed, thereby granting extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of six months from August 8, 2024.
