...for the judgment-debtor The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that during the pendency of this proceeding a scheme of amalgamation has been sanctioned whereby the decree-holder has merged with a separate entity. Accordingly, EC/441/2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to take appropriate steps in accordance with law and file a fresh execution application on the self-same cause.

Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the decree upon replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) T.O.
