The parties did not agree to the name suggested by the respondent and hence this application has been filed by the petitioners. Notice invoking arbitration has been annexed to this application. Arbitration was invoked by the respondent. Court appoints Mr. Krishna Raj Thaker, learned advocate as an arbitrator subject to compliance of Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,

1996. Learned arbitrator shall fix his own remuneration as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
