Department is directed to take prompt necessary steps in the matter. As the primary relief that has been sought for by the petitioner has already been granted, accordingly, there is no requirement of keeping the writ petition pending.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. All connected applications also stand disposed of.
