The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 14th December, 2013 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

Consent affidavits by the persons who would have inherited the Estate left behind by the deceased as her legal heirs/heiresses on the death in intestacy of the testatrix have been filed.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
