The Court:

1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is submitted by both the parties that the mandate is required to be extended as the proceedings are near completion. The proceedings are at the final stage of arguments. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on June 10, 2025.

2. Considering the fact that sufficient progress has been made in this proceeding and that the delay is not attributable to either of the parties, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by eight months from

date within which time the learned arbitrator shall make and publish the award.
