Learned Advocate furnishes a copy of the order dated 7th March, 2025. In terms of the order, it was observed that the suit has already ended in compromise and the suit be decreed on compromise. It was further directed that the terms of settlement shall be a part of the decree. 3.

Learned Advocate submits that as the main suit is disposed in accordance with the compromise entered into between the decree-holders and the judgment-debtors, this execution case being EC/158/2022 has become infructuous and the same may be permitted to be withdrawn. 4.

In terms of the submission of the learned Advocate, EC/158/2022 is treated to be infructuous and is permitted to be withdrawn. This EC/158/2022 is disposed.
