Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

Previously, the mandate was extended by mutual consent on January 4, 2024 for a period of six months which has since expired on or about July 3, 2024.

Since the arguments have been concluded and only the award is left to be passed, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a period of two months from date by deeming the extension to operate from July 3, 2024.

AP/152/2024 is accordingly disposed of in the light of the above observations.
