The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that they have been unable to receive instructions. This matter is pending since 2018. The matter had appeared in the Warning List and an opportunity was thereafter granted on 7th July, 2023 to the petitioner.

In view of the repeated failure of the petitioner to proceed diligently in the matter, AP/652/2018 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
