The Court:- This is an application for extension of mandate of the learned arbitrator. The mandate of the learned arbitrator expires on 31st July 2025. It is submitted that the proceedings are at the stage of evidence. Considering the substantial progress made in the proceeding and as this Court does not find that there has been any intentional delay on the part of the parties, ends of justice demand that, the mandate should be extended. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended for a period of one year from the date of communication of this order to enable the learned arbitrator make and publish his award.
